Every ROSAAVÉ piece is hand-crafted just for her, after you order. Here is exactly how it goes, start to finish.
1. Choose & Pay
Pick her piece and her size, add to cart, and check out. Payment is 100% upfront. This reserves her piece and her place in our atelier queue.
2. We Confirm
Within 24 to 48 hours our team confirms your order, double-checks her measurements with you, and sends your exact production and delivery timeline.
3. Hand-Crafted
Our master karigars cut, embroider and construct her piece by hand, to her measurements. Depending on the hand-work, this takes around 3 to 5 weeks.
4. Shipped To You
Once she is ready, we ship Pakistan-wide, beautifully packaged. You will get tracking so you know exactly when she arrives.

Why do I pay 100% upfront?
Each piece is made to order, by hand, just for her. Full payment reserves her piece, confirms her spot in our atelier queue, and covers the raw silk and karigar work that begins right after you order. It is how couture works.
How long until it arrives?
Typically 3 to 5 weeks from confirmation, depending on the piece. The lighter Soft pieces are quicker. The heavy Couture pieces with full hand-zardozi take longer. We send your exact timeline the moment we confirm your order.
Where do you ship?
Pakistan-wide, right now. Every city, every province. Beautifully packaged and fully tracked. International shipping is coming soon.
What if the fit is not right?
Because every piece is cut to her measurements, fit issues are rare. If something needs adjusting, reach out and we will sort minor alterations.
Can I customise a piece?
Often, yes. Colour swaps, sleeve changes and small tweaks may be possible. DM us on Instagram before ordering and we will tell you what is doable.
